AviaRent starts successfully in 2019: The CareVision III fund invests € 23,45 million in a nursing and therapy center in Lower Saxony.

The Luxembourg-based fund manager AviaRent Capital Management S.à r.l, the German Partner of Primonial Holding, has successfully started the new year with a purchase for the open-ended special fund CareVision III. For €23,45 million, the asset manager has acquired a nursing and therapy center in Wendhausen, Lower Saxony. This is now the 10th care object for the CareVision III fund.

„We can look back onto a very exciting and successful year in 2018 and we are pleased to be able to build on the previous year’s success at the beginning of the year with this major investment. With the purchase of the specialized care and therapy center in Wendhausen, we have expanded our care portfolio to around 5.700 places“, says Yenna Haack, Head of Acquisitions.

On a plot of 9.862 m² the „Maternus Care and Therapy Center“ in Wendhausen has over 215 nursing places, including 143 single rooms and 36 double rooms. The facility specializes not only in the care of people with dementia, but also in the care of patients with coma and patients with multiple sclerosis.

The Maternus Care and Therapy Center Wendhausen is centrally located in the very green and natural center of Wendhausen. Wendhausen belongs with its approximately 1.600 inhabitants to the municipality of Lehre in the district of Helmstedt and is only 10 km from Braunschweig and 16 km from Wolfsburg.
