AviaRent Capital Management S.à r.l. and the Convivo Group have announced plans to convert the “White House” at Martin-Luther-Strasse 118-122 in Essen into a senior residence. The new facility will comprise 80 residential nursing places, 17 outpatient places and 26 serviced apartments and create around 80 jobs. The residence is due to open in spring 2020.
AviaRent Capital Management S.à r.l. acquired the property in early 2017 for its CareVision III fund. The future senior residence is situated in central Essen, in close proximity to doctors, pharmacies, restaurants and public transport.
